With Track Centres Of 33mm, 49.5mm & 66mm, These Points Are The Most Versatile In The Unitrack Range. Layouts With Limited Space Will Find These Points Very useful For Both Main Line & Siding Applications. The 33mm Configuration Will Fit Between All Standard Radius Curves, i.e. Between R3 - 282mm & R4 - 315mm, or R4 - 315mm & R5 - 348mm Etc. Without Any Track Manipulation Being Required.

 #4 Points Have Selectable Operating Modes;

Frog Power ON/OFF And Power Routing/Non-power Routing, With The Choice Of Which Route Is To Remain Powered In Non-power Routing Mode. With Cast Metal Frog.

Power Routing; Is Where The Power Is Sent Down The Track That The Point Has Been Switched Too;  I.e. A Left Hand Point Is Thrown To The Left, The Straight Section Is Isolated, And The Left Junction Is Now Powered.

Tips On How To?

These simply clip On to The Side Of The Kato Controller And You Then Just Plug The Point Lead & Plug Into The Socket at The Rear (Square & Round Pegs, So You Cant fail To Get It Right! ) And "Hey Presto" You Have a Fully Working Electric Point!! (No Soldering, No Cutting Or Drilling Holes, No Scrambling About Under Baseboards & No Swearing When You Burn your Fingers or Bang Your Head!!) They Then Clip Together So You Can make a "bank" of switches with only one power supply (as far as We Know There Is No Limit To The Number). They Also Have a "Memory" setting So If You Change the Point Manually Next Time you Use The Switch It Will Only Throw Point when Its In The Correct position.  If You Are Not Using The Kato Controller Then Use A 24-842 AC-Dc Converter And connect This To Your Accessory output On your Controller And Then Build Up your bank Of Switches.

AC - DC Converter.
Converts 16Volt AC To 12 Volt DC. (Most Controllers Accessory Outputs Are 16 Volts So You Must Have One Of These.) Use With 24-840 Point Switch & 20-650 Level crossing (Only One Needed Per Bank Of Switches). Not Needed With Kato Controller.
