We like our web site to be useful, informative and helpful with lots of pictures for items that we sell, with helpful tips and as much information as may be necessary, Not just endless lists of items.

At No point do we say we have every item listed on our web site in stock, this would be impossible to do. We do try and keep it as up to date as is possible.

Why do We list items that maybe out of stock?

We are only a small company and dont have the staff to phone 100s of suppliers to update every single item we sell on a daily or weekly basis.

We (& our suppliers on the whole) dont have the resources of companies like Argos, Dixons, Currys Or Littlewoods etc, nor do we make the sort of money they do, to re-invest in Multi-million pound software packages, We Are, at the end of the day, Just A "Big Fish In a VERY SMALL Pond",  and Our Industry Is A "cottage industry" With The Exception Of a Few Big Players! (Hornby, Kato, Kader (Bachmann) Etc).

Buy Now; The Item "May Be In Stock", (In Respect Of "UNITRACK, Scenics & Some Other Ranges" We Do not Change The Buttons As It Is Always In Stock Or On Order With Our Suppliers).

Pre-Order; Means What It Says! You Can Pre Order An Item, Prior To Its Release.

Back Order; Means We Have Sold Out Of This Item But You Can Order This Item And We Will Order It For You.

If we are out of stock of any item or Items;

We Will Automatically back-order These Items For You.

Your Invoice Will List These Items At The Bottom Of The Page.

These Are Then posted free of any further postal charges. (UK mainland only).

If your order is with us before 14.00 hrs we will try and ship it on That day.

Cancellation Rights, Returns & Refunds;

Cancellations of any Order Has To In A Written Format (Email Is Fine), We Will Not Cancel Any Order If Notified By Phone.

Cancellation/Return of Specially ordered items will result in a 33% handling & Re-stocking fee being charged.

Return Postage Is At Your Cost For Unwanted Goods, Any Postage Charges incurred By Us In Shipping The Goods (whatever that cost may be, Inc post free back Orders) To You Is TOTALLY Non-Refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of us receiving the returned goods.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

General Emails;

Any emails we receive regarding Orders shall be acknowledged within 5-7 working days.

Emails regarding general enquires, will be replied to as quickly as possible, this may be within a few minutes or it could be 7-10 days depending on how busy we are. Paying customers Have to come first. (we run Our Anti-Spam software at its highest setting, and not all emails get through-See below).
