EMD GP-9 Bo-Bo Loco.

Micro-Trains 9820 1061 Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe. Road Number 2926
These GP9 powered locomotives are painted ATSF blue with yellow logo, sill and ends. Lettering is yellow on the sides with blue logo on the ends. Built in May of 1965 by Electro Motive Division of General Motors as part of the six-loco build for ATSF, these locos first wore blue and yellow paint schemes. They were repainted and renumbered into this scheme in late 1969 to early 1970, then painted into this scheme which it wore until the late 1970s.

9810 1121 Missouri Pacific®. Road Number 622.
These GP35 powered locomotives are painted MP blue with white logos, lettering and chevron stripes on the ends. First built in the early 1960s they were the first locos to bear the large white eagles (known as the Screaming Eagle or Turbo-Eagle), a distinct new symbol of the company during the diesel era. The eagles were eventually integrated into the company logo by the mid and late 1970s.

Micro-Trains 9800 1170 Southern Pacific®, A Unit Road Number 6440
These F7 A unit powered locomotive is painted dark grey with the SP red “Bloody Nose” paint scheme and lettered in white. They were built in February of 1953. These units stayed with the SP for their entire working life. In 1959, SP standardized with a Paint scheme of dark grey, white lettering and a red “winged” nose. This scheme was dubbed “Bloody Nose” by railfans. It was replaced in the mid 1980s by the “Kodachrome” paint scheme.
