63299 K.Bay.Sts.B BB II, 0-4-4-0T. Epoche I.
Between 1899 and 1903, the Maffei company from Munich delivered a total of 29 locomotives to the Royal Bavarian State Railway. Due to its low top speed and the low axle loads, these locomotives were mainly used on secondary lines for pulling both passenger trains and freight trains. Suitable traction locomotive for set 64000.

62210 DB BR24 2-6-0 With Witte Smoke Deflectors. Epoche III.
The 24 series was built by Schichau and Linke-Hofmann between 1926 and 1938. It was used a lot on long and flat branch lines in Northern Germany and there it was given the nickname of “steppe horse”. In all 95 of this type of locomotive, which was closely related to the Class 64, were built. The model is a completely new construction.

Series 52 locomotives, a version of the series 50 which had been simplified due to wartime conditions, were built in large numbers from 1942 onwards. In this version, all non-essential parts were eliminated and the design was further modified to allow as simple a production procedure as possible. After the end of the war, those locomotives which remained in use in various countries and states were taken into the rolling stock inventories of the respective railway administrations and many of the simplified components were gradually replaced by higher-quality parts.

The locomotives known as the DR 114 series were stocked as the 204 series at DB-AG. Owing to technical running problems the top speed of the locomotives was reduced to 80 km/h and they were gradually withdrawn from service. A few last specimens have remained in operation service until today.

A special model of DBs 101 102-2 with markings designed in the "Azubis gegen Hass und Gewalt" (apprentices against hate and violence) project. In this project, run annually since 2000, apprentices from all DB corporation sectors have been taking action against right-wing extremism, xenophobia and violence and in support of moral courage and team spirit. The "apprentices' locomotive" of 2007 which bears the slogan "Wir menschen sind alle gleich" (All humans are equal) is based on the design by the Offenburg group of apprentices and has been in service on the DB railway network since September 2007.

OBB Locos
62227 OBB Class 657 (BR57) 0-10-0. Epoche III.
After the war 96 of the Prussian G10 machines (later DRG series 57) remained with the ÖBB. These were used as series 657 in light freight train and switching service. The last locomotive in this series was taken out of service in 1968. One locomotive at ÖGEG has remained in operational condition until day.

The Class 52 steam locomotives which were built during the war were modernized by the Austrian State Railways, ÖBB. The two-section Roco model is a new edition of the ÖBB powered rail-car built in Uerdingen with roadnumber 5081.02 and 6581.02.
